What is Stiripentol
Stiripentol is a structurally unique oral antiepileptic indicated for the treatment of seizures associated with Dravet syndrome in patients 2 years and older who are also taking clobazam.
There are no clinical data to support stiripentol monotherapy in Dravet syndrome; trials have only documented efficacy when it is combined with clobazam and/or valproate
