What is Choline Salicylate Magnesium Salicylate

Choline salicylate and magnesium salicylate, non-acetylated salicylates, are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents that also possess antipyretic and analgesic properties.

Choline and magnesium salicylate combinations are indicated for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis and for the relief of pain and fever.

Choline and magnesium salicylate exhibit less gastrointestinal effects than aspirin and do not have a clinically significant effect on platelet function.

Choline and magnesium salicylate products have been available prior to the formation of the FDA in 1938.
