Mediastinal lipoma
Mediastinal lipoma is a benign, well-circumscribed mesenchymal tumor that originates from adipose tissue, predominantly occurring in the anterior mediastinum, often without clinical symptoms or signs. On imaging, it is generally a well-circumscribed, oval or round homogeneous fat attenuation or signal intensity lesion.
