What is Zanubrutinib

Zanubrutinib is a Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor approved for the treatment of adult patients with mantle cell lymphoma who have received at least 1 prior therapy.

It was granted an accelerated approval for use in these patients.

Fatal and serious bleeding events have been reported with zanubrutinib therapy, including intracranial bleeding and GI bleeding.
