Ripretinib

What is Ripretinib

Ripretinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that works in many mutant KIT and PDGFRA kinases found in tumor cells.

It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have received prior treatment with 3 or more kinase inhibitors, including imatinib.

Cardiac dysfunction (e.g., decreased ejection fraction and heart failure) has been reported; evaluate cardiac function prior to and during therapy as clinically indicated.
