What is Pexidartinib

Pexidartinib is a colony-stimulating factor-1 receptor inhibitor used for the treatment of adult patients with symptomatic tenosynovial giant cell tumor associated with severe morbidity or functional limitations and not amenable to improvement with surgery.

Due to the risk of hepatotoxicity, all prescribers, pharmacies, and patients must be certified or enrolled in the TURALIO REMS program to prescribe, dispense, or receive pexidartinib.
