Chlorambucil Brand Name– Leukeran
What is Chlorambucil
Chlorambucil is an oral alkylating agent. Chlorambucil is approved for use as palliative treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Hodgkin lymphoma, and certain non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas including lymphosarcoma and giant follicular lymphoma.
It is a stable derivative of mechlorethamine and exhibits less antineoplastic activity than mechlorethamine but also less toxicity.
