What are the major causes of calcified lymph nodes?
Calcified lymph nodes are most commonly due to healed granulomatous disease (such as by fungal infection or sarcoidosis), metastatic disease, and lymphoma (most often after treatment), and they are less commonly due to amyloidosis and Castleman’s disease.
