What is the differential diagnosis for abdominopelvic lymphadenopathy?
Lymphoma and metastatic disease are the most common causes of abdominopelvic lymphadenopathy. Less common causes include leukemia; mycobacterial, bacterial, viral, or fungal infection; and mesenteric lymphadenitis, sarcoidosis, amyloidosis, Castleman’s disease, celiac sprue, inflammatory bowel disease, and other infectious or inflammatory disease conditions.
