• Pancreas: pancreatitis, pseudocyst

• GI tract: peptic ulcer disease with or without perforation, acute appendicitis (retrocecal)

• Kidney: pyelonephritis, nephrolithiasis

• Lung: pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, pleurisy

• Heart: myocardial infarction, pericarditis

• Preeruptive varicella zoster
