Intraabdominal DSRCT is a rare highly aggressive malignant neoplasm, which predominantly affects adolescent and young adult males. Multiple nonspecific infiltrative soft tissue masses involving the peritoneum, omentum, or mesentery are seen, sometimes with ascites.
