What are the CT and MR imaging features of infectious colitis?
Segmental or diffuse colonic wall thickening is seen, typically with homogeneous enhancement, and often with pericolic inflammatory fat stranding. A “target” sign may also be seen, and pericolic fluid or ascites may also be present.
