  • CIDP associated with systemic disorders: hepatitis B and C, inflammatory bowel disease, HIV, bone marrow and organ transplants, collagen vascular disease, thyrotoxicosis, lymphoma, melanoma, nephrotic syndrome, diabetes mellitus
