Assessment 0, Incomplete.Management: Need additional imaging.
Assessment 1, Negative.Management: Routine follow-up.
Assessment 2, Benign.Management: Routine follow-up.
Assessment 3, Probably benign. <2% chance of malignancyManagement: Short interval follow-up imaging (usually 6 months).
Assessment 4, Suspicious. 2% to 94% chance of malignancyManagement: Needs a tissue diagnosis.
Assessment 5, Highly suspicious. ≥95% chance of malignancyManagement: Needs a tissue diagnosis.
