What is Sacituzumab Govitecan
Sacituzumab govitecan is an antibody-drug conjugate composed of a humanized monoclonal antibody (sacituzumab) which binds to the trophoblast cell-surface antigen-2 (Trop-2) covalently linked to SN-38, a topoisomerase I inhibitor.
It is approved for the treatment of patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer who have received at least 2 prior therapies for metastatic disease.
