What is Molindone
Molindone is an oral dihydroindolone (non-phenothiazine) antipsychotic agent used for the symptomatic management of schizophrenia.
Relative to other conventional antipsychotics, molindone has high extrapyramidal effects, low sedative effects, and low anticholinergic effects.
Molindone (Moban) was approved by the FDA in 1974.
