What is Gilteritinib

Gilteritinib is an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits mutant FLT3.

It is indicated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory FLT3 mutation-positive acute myelogenous leukemia as detected by an FDA-approved test.

Differentiation syndrome, posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome, pancreatitis, and QT prolongation has been reported with gilteritinib therapy.
