The left anterior descending artery supplies the left ventricular apex and the anterior portion of the interventricular septum. The right coronary artery supplies the posteroinferior wall of the left ventricle and the posterior portion of the interventricular septum. The left circumflex artery supplies the lateral wall of the left ventricle
