Pseudotumor vermis
- Pseudotumor vermis is an aberrant CT finding that can be misinterpreted as early medulloblastoma
- Normal gray matter of cerebellar vermis (median portion of cerebellum) at times will enhance with contrast medium, simulating early medulloblastoma on CT scan
- Selective viewing of MRI scan will distinguish physiologic pseudotumor vermis from pathologic medulloblastoma
