Rhabdomyoma is the most common primary tumor of the heart and a more common cardiac tumor found in patients with tuberous sclerosis. Fibroma is the second most common tumor. Other tumors include fibroelastomas, hemangiomas, and lipomas, which are all rare in the pediatric patient. Myxomas are rare in children. Teratomas are the most common tumor of the pericardium.
