How is recurrent Intracerebral Hemorrhage prevented?
Blood pressure control is still the best treatment to prevent ICH recurrence.
After the acute ICH period, a goal target of a normal blood pressure of <140/90 mm Hg (<130/80 mm Hg is diabetes or chronic kidney disease) is reasonable and would be in accordance with current guidelines.
