How is palindromic rheumatism treated?
Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may provide some relief from joint symptoms but do not reliably prevent attacks. A variety of other agents have been used including colchicine, antimalarial agents, sulfasalazine, and methotrexate.
