  • • Neurogenic tumors* (peripheral nerve, sympathetic ganglion, or parasympathetic involvement)
  • • Primary or metastatic bone tumor of the thoracic spine
  • • Osteomyelitis or paraspinal abscess of the thoracic spine
  • • Extramedullary hematopoiesis
