What are the causes of trigeminal sensory neuropathy?
Trigeminal sensory neuropathy, a slowly progressive cranial neuropathy with unilateral or bilateral facial numbness or paresthesia, may be the presenting manifestation of connective tissue disease, especially Sjögren’s syndrome.
Celiac neuropathy is also prone to cause trigeminal neuropathy.
