Can aura occur without headache

Can aura occur without headache?

Yes. This is termed typical aura without headache (acephalgic migraine), which may be more common with older age.

Although usually just a visual aura, other aura symptoms may also occur.

With the first or very short or prolonged episodes or when symptoms are just negative such as hemianopsia, other causes may need to be excluded.
