What is an angiolipoma?
An angiolipoma is a vascular lipoma or hamartoma variant that one should consider when a small hyperechoic mass is present within the subcutaneous tissues. It is usually a small, slow-growing lesion that is most common in young men and may be painful and multiple approximately 50% of the time.
