  • • Azathioprine.
  • • Prednisolone.
  • • Cyclophosphamide—removes 50%.
  • • Tramadol—removes 70%.

These drugs should be given after hemodialysis. Other antirheumatic drugs are either not removed by hemodialysis (NSAIDs, narcotics, cyclosporine, methotrexate, leflunomide, colchicine, antimalarials, tacrolimus) or it is unknown if they are.
