Should patients with a history of vasculitis get pregnant?
There is limited data to guide management of pregnancy in vasculitis. Pregnancies are most likely to succeed when vasculitis is well controlled and patient is on low risk medications. These patients should be followed by obstetricians experienced with high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
