- Charcot–Leyden crystals in eosinophils.
- • Alizarin Red S: stains calcium crystals (hydroxyapatite and CPPD).
- • Oil Red O/Sudan Black: stains for fat globules.
- • Congo Red: stains amyloid fragments.
