Usually TO’s initial manifestation is ischemia or claudication of both legs, and sometimes hands, which begins distally and progresses cephalad. Two or more limbs are commonly involved. Superficial thrombophlebitis and Raynaud’s phenomenon are described in 40% of cases. Arthralgias may occur in 10%.
