Simple Febrile Seizure
- 1. A generalized tonic or tonic–clonic seizure
- 2. Between 3 months and 5 years of age
- 3. Fever greater than 38° C not associated with a CNS infection
- 4. Lasting less than 15 minutes, no focal features, does not recur within 24 hours
- 5. No postictal neurologic abnormalities
