  • • Septal panniculitis: erythema nodosum (R/O sarcoidosis), α1-antitrypsin deficiency.
  • • Lobular panniculitis:
    • • With vasculitis: erythema induratum/nodular vasculitis.
    • • Without vasculitis: Weber–Christian syndrome (relapsing febrile nodular nonsuppurative panniculitis), enzymatic panniculitis attributable to pancreatic enzymes, and connective tissue panniculitis.
  • • Mixed panniculitis: lupus profundus.
