Chlamydial pneumonia is a disease of neonates, usually manifesting within the first 2 weeks of life, often with associated conjunctivitis. Chest radiographs usually show lung hyperinflation and ill-defined linear markings, sometimes creating a shaggy appearance of the cardiac border.
