What is the blood supply to the cerebellum? 

The vertebral and basilar arteries give off three paired branches to the cerebellum: the superior, the anterior inferior, and the posterior inferior cerebellar arteries, which are interconnected by anastomoses.

The superior cerebellar artery runs over the superior surface of the cerebellum, while the other arteries supply the inferior surface.
