What is Ixazomib
Ixazomib is a proteasome inhibitor that is indicated in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of multiple myeloma in patients who have received at least 1 prior therapy.
Myelosuppression has been reported with ixazomib therapy; platelet transfusions may be necessary.
