What glomerular diseases are associated with RPGN?
RPGN can complicate the clinical course of some primary glomerular diseases, such as immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy, membranous nephropathy, membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, and hereditary nephritis (Alport syndrome).
In addition, RPGN is associated with infectious and multisystem diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, cryoglobulinemia, and systemic vasculitides.
