What is Latanoprostene bunod
Latanoprostene bunod is a prostaglandin analog indicated for the reduction of intraocular pressure in patients with open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
The drug is administered topically once daily in the evening to affected eye(s); more frequent administration may reduce the drugs intraocular pressure lowering effect.
Prior to drug administration, inform patients of the potential for irreversible pigmentation (brown) of the iris.
