What is Denileukin Diftitox

Denileukin diftitox is a CD25-directed cytotoxin that is indicated for the treatment of persistent or recurrent cutaneous T-cell lymphoma in adult patients whose malignant cells express the CD25 component of the IL-2 receptor.

Fatal cases of capillary leak syndrome and infusion-related reactions have been reported with denileukin diftitox therapy.

  • non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL)
  • psoriasis
