Recommended treatment for a newly diagnosed glioblastoma
Maximal surgical resection followed by concurrent chemoradiation with 75 mg/m 2 daily temozolomide for 6 weeks.
After chemoradiation, patients have a month off of treatment and then undergo adjuvant temozolomide 150-200 mg/mg 2 for 5 days out of a 28-day cycle for 6 to 12 cycles.
