- Associated with Huntington’s motor abnormalities, e.g., chorea, though the dementia may precede them
- Executive dysfunction with slowed processing, poor strategies, and planning observed early rather than learning and memory problems
- Associated with depression, irritability, obsessive-compulsive behavior, or apathy; more rarely, psychosis
