How is lateral femoral cutaneous entrapment treated
Corticosteroid injection near the vicinity of the nerve is often helpful. Weight reduction, if obesity is the source, is helpful.
Avoiding recurrent trauma such as compression from a low-lying seatbelt buckle is advised.
Surgery is not particularly helpful.
