Features of Parkinsons dementia
What are the clinical features of Parkinson’s dementia?
This dementia occurs in well-established Parkinson’s disease.
Typically bradyphrenia, dysnomia, and frontal executive dysfunction are present, and depression is common.
There may be visuospatial abnormalities, especially on formal testing.
