Diagnostic Criteria for Narcolepsy Type 2

What are the diagnostic criteria for narcolepsy type 2? 

The current ICSD-3 (2014) diagnostic criteria for narcolepsy without cataplexy (type 2) include all of the following:

(1) excessive daytime sleepiness occurring almost daily for at least 3 months;

(2) typical cataplexy is not present (but may include atypical or doubtful cataplexy);

(3) mean sleep latency of ≤8 minutes and two or more SOREMPs on MSLT;

(4) CSF hypocretin-1 concentration is ≤110 pg/mL or one-third of the mean normal control values.
