What are the cognitive features of Charles Bonnet syndrome?
Along with a typically asymmetric parkinsonian syndrome with alien limb phenomenon, poor l -DOPA sensitivity, dystonia, and myoclonus, Charles Bonnet syndrome patients can have prominent cortical sensory loss, ideomotor apraxia, and features of Fronto Temporal Dementia, such as disinhibition or progressive aphasia.
