Angiographic findings in Polyarteritis nodosa
Small saccular aneurysms (microaneurysms), occlusions/cutoffs, luminal irregularities, and stenoses of the small- and medium-sized vessels of the viscera. A characteristic string of aneurysms in an artery is called the “rosary bead sign”.
