For all patient populations with evidence of preceding GAS infection
Diagnosis: initial ARF2 major, or 1 major plus 2 minor manifestations
Diagnosis: recurrent ARF2 major, or 1 major plus 2 minor, or 3 minor manifestations
Major Criteria
